Welcome to Shelovedpreloved! We're a small, independent, sustainability-focused business offering affordable preloved clothing for the whole family.

We want you to shop with confidence, knowing what to expect when ordering from us. Please take a moment to read our policies below.

1. Quality Checks

We carefully check our clothing before listing it for sale, looking for noticeable flaws such as holes, stains and rips.

Where possible, we may repair or mend items to help extend their life and reduce waste. Any noticeable imperfections will be highlighted in the individual product description where applicable.

2. Preloved Clothing

Unless stated otherwise, our clothing is preloved and secondhand rather than brand new.

Some items may show natural signs of previous wear, such as light bobbling, fading or loose threads. We aim to describe each item as accurately as possible so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.

3. Unique Items and Stock Availability

Most of our items are one of a kind, and we usually have only one available in each size and style.

Once an item has sold, we may not be able to restock it. If you find something you love, we recommend purchasing it before it's gone!

4. Clothing Care and Cleanliness

We aim to ensure our clothing is clean and presentable before listing it for sale. Items are washed and ironed where appropriate.

Items sold as new with tags may not have been washed, so we recommend washing clothing before wearing it.

5. Colour and Photography

We do our best to photograph our items accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, photography conditions and individual screen settings.

Please read the product description carefully and contact us if you need further information or additional photographs before purchasing.

6. Delivery

Standard UK delivery: £3 for orders under £20.

Free standard delivery: Available on orders of £20 or more.

Delivery options and any applicable delivery estimates will be shown during checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.

7. Free Local Collection

We offer free local collection from Sundorne, Shrewsbury.

Collection is by appointment only. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arranging collection.

Collection details will be provided privately. Please do not attend to collect an order until collection has been confirmed.

8. Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with Shelovedpreloved.

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you will generally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. You must notify us within this period, and you will normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items should be sent back in an appropriate condition, taking reasonable care of them. Unless an item is faulty or incorrectly described, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning it if you were informed of this before purchase.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so we can discuss an appropriate resolution. Your statutory consumer rights still apply to preloved clothing.

Refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. Any exceptions to cancellation rights will apply only where legally permitted.

9. Customer Service and Conduct

We aim to provide a friendly, helpful shopping experience for everyone.

If you have a question about an item, an order, delivery or collection, please contact us through our Contact Us page and we'll do our best to help.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action where customers engage in threatening, abusive or seriously inappropriate behaviour. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
